Passion4Homes is committed to provide the highest level of service possible to its clients. Unfortunately, estate agents are not regulated. However, there are trade associations that enforce strict codes of practice.

As a member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA), Passion4Homes must comply with a Code of Practice which lays down standards of our business conduct. This sets out the framework and the standards of service we must provide for both buyers and sellers.

The Code of Practice requires us to meet all our legal obligations when acting as Estate Agents, but it also goes above and beyond that by requiring us to adopt and follow ‘best practice’.

The Code has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading under its Consumer Approval Scheme.
