Having had my house previously on the market with another local company for several months who were very helpful but unable in the depths of the credit crunch to sell my house i turned to you for two reasons knowing you were a new company you would be trying your best to succeed in the market and your rates were lower than most due to not being on the high st - very sensible in this climate ! You not only instantly found me a cash buyer but the perfect flat at an amazing price . I think your company is very in touch with the clients needs and also gives the personal aftercare , going beyond what is expected of you by keeping in close contact throughout the whole procedure both with me and my solicitor who was also impressed with you .Having moved in and then finding i had no water to the flat you were there sorting out the situation for me and dealing with the not so competant companies involved until everything was finally resolved and regularly calling to see if i was ok which was a huge relief to me . As a company you certainly go beyond what is expected of you and give a very personal ,efficient and friendly service . If i ever have to move again in the future i would not hesitate to use you .
